Order Process

Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive your Order Confirmation Email as soon as we've received your order. Please allow about 1 week for your order to remain in the "Processing" stage, after your order has been processed.

 

Deliver Time

Handling time: 0-1 Business Days. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

Transit time: 3-10 Business Days. It is the time between when the seller hands the order over to the carrier and its delivery to the customer’s address.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than the expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Duties & Taxes
*Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.

 

Damages

UOOYAA is responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. and at the same time write an email to customer-service@uooyaa.com
