Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email at your nominated email address. After dispatch, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During sale periods, please allow an additional 3–4 business days due to higher order volumes.

We currently do not provide the option to choose a shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days for delivery.

To help ensure the fastest possible dispatch, we recommend placing your order in advance and leaving a note at checkout. Our team will make every effort to process your order as promptly as possible.

We offer free shipping for qualified orders.

Also, here is a guideline of delivery times and prices after dispatch. All shipping estimates are based on metro destinations, for orders sent to regional and rural locations, please allow for additional time for shipping.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to customer-service@uooyaa.com immediately so we can update it before your order ships. Please note that address changes cannot be made once an order has dispatched. In the event your package is 'Return To Sender' it is your responsibility to pay for additional postage to a correct address.

Please ensure your item/s are eligible to be returned and meet our conditions of return. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags and hygiene stickers still attached and within 7 days of the delivery date. Items purchased as ‘final sale’ cannot be retunred. Read our full Return Policy.

To return your item/s, please read our returns policy to check if your item/s are eligible for a return. If your item/s meet the conditions of return, you can register a return through this Register a return page or contact customer-service@uooyaa.com to request a return.

To return an international order, please follow these steps:

1. Register your return
   Submit your return request through our Register a Return page.
   
   
2. Wait for return instructions
   Our Customer Service team will email you the return address and detailed instructions.
   
   
3. Ship your return
   Arrange and pay for return shipping with a reputable logistics provider that offers tracking. Please dispatch your parcel within 7 days of receiving our return instructions and keep your shipping receipt until the return is completed. While we are happy to assist where possible, UOOYAA cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, delayed, or not received due to circumstances outside our control.
   
   
4. Provide the tracking number
   Email the tracking number to our Customer Service team. Your return request will only be recorded once we receive the tracking information.
   
   
5. Return inspection
   Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions.
   
   
6. Receive your refund
   Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the items or shipping details. Please review your order carefully and ensure all delivery information is complete and correct before submitting it.

If you wish to cancel your order or need assistance with an order error, please contact our Customer Service team at customer-service@uooyaa.com as soon as possible. As our warehouse processes and dispatches orders daily, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed before your order is shipped.

If you are missing items from your order or have received incorrect items, please contact our customer serice team as soon as possible after receiving your order at customer-service@uooyaa.com. You will need to provide your order number, name and details of the missing or incorrect item/s. Our team will look into the issue as quickly as possible.

International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes. Taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, value of your purchase, and the specific rates set by the local government. For most regions taxes will be calculated and added to your order total in the shipping cart. There will be no additional vat or duty charges requested on delivery by our carriers. The exception to this, is 'rest of world' and in some smaller regions DDP is payable by the customer on delivery. Please refer to checkout and our shipping page for details and rates for duties and taxes.

For the protection of our customers, UOOYAA conducts ID verification checks on online orders at random. If your order is selected, our team will contact you directly to request further information for identity verification, which may include photo identification.

If you placed your order during the promotional period but forgot to apply the discount code at checkout, please contact our customer care team at customer-service@uooyaa.com with your order number and the discount code you forgot to apply. Our team will check whether your order and purchased items meet the terms and conditions of the sale or promotion.

Sales items that are marked down and not purchased as ‘SALE’ can be returned for store credit.

Items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange, unless the items are deemed faulty.
